Starting June 9, 2025, the Republic of Korea’s national carrier, Korean Air, has begun operating flights using aircraft featuring its newly redesigned logo.
The airline has carried out a major rebranding for the first time in 41 years, updating its traditional red-and-blue Taegeuk emblem into a more modern, minimalist design. According to Korean Air, the new logo preserves elements of Korean cultural heritage while enhancing global recognition and aligning with digital-age aesthetics.
Korean Air has been operating scheduled flights to Mongolia since 1998, making it one of the longest-operating foreign airlines to serve the Mongolian market. The airline continues to play a significant role in strengthening air transport relations between Mongolia and South Korea.
